Frequently Asked Questions

What is your refund and cancellation policy?

Life happens, and sometimes the best laid plans fall apart. I do my best to accommodate clients when things come up, especially in emergency situations. Many costs are fixed well in advance and it costs time and money when cancellations occur, there is be a fee to cancel, which varies depending on the amount of notice received. In the unlikely event that The Night Skye cancels a program, participants will be informed immediately and all money will be refunded. Lance Keimig Photographics/The Night Skye is not responsible for any losses incurred due to cancellation. Purchasing trip cancellation insurance is recommended.
